Electronic Check Conversion eliminates the need to manually create deposit slips and physical bank deposits. Checks can be either keyed into a credit card terminal, scanned into a terminal with an attached check scanner or keyed into a Virtual Terminal without the need of hardware. At the point-of-sale merchants simply scan in a check or key it in, print out a receipt for customer signature and give the paper check back to the customer.
